How To: reset an agent’s password

Purpose: reset an agent’s password
At the Contact Center Agent Client (CCAC) login screen, if an agent has manually changed their password to log in to the CCAC and has forgotten that password, follow the steps below.
- When logged in to the admin UI, go to Admin (System) > Reset Desktop Password
- A window called “Desktop Password Reset” will appear. Click the agent dropdown and select the agent that needs their password reset.
- Click Reset
- A window called “Are you sure?” will appear. Click Yes if you are sure.
The agent’s default password will now work.
