Purpose: how to remove an agent from Xima CCaaS

Steps

At the Contact Center Agent Client (CCAC) login screen, if an agent has manually changed their password to log in to the CCAC and has forgotten that password, follow the steps below.

  1. When logged in to the admin UI of Xima CCaaS, go to User Management > User Licenses
  2. A window called “Edit Users” will appear. Find the applicable agent and select None next to their name. Note that if they have left the company, it is possible that you will not even see them on this list if we have updated our directory to match that of the UCaaS.
  3. Click Save
