Purpose: demonstrate how to change the language inside the Contact Center Agent Client (CCAC) interface

Steps

  1. Log in to the Contact Center Agent Client (CCAC).
  2. Click the three dots icon associated with your agent profile located in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
  3. A dropdown menu will appear. Click Language.
  4. A new window called “Language” will appear. Select the language you prefer and click Select.
