Xima CCaaS Embedded App on Webex
To use Xima CCaaS within the Webex environment you must have 1) an active Xima license and 2) a SIP Trunk from your PSTN provider to provide voice connectivity.
Please reach out to your Xima CCaaS provider to arrange the relevant licensing and voice connectivity
High Level Guide - Ordering
- Contact your voice service provider
- Advise that you require a SIP Trunk service that uses username and password to authenticate to connect to your Xima Contact Centre Solution
- Advise the number of channels (calling lines in and out of your business) you require for your Xima Contact Centre Solution
- Your service provider will provide you with the SIP Trunk authentication details for you to pass onto your Xima Service Provider
- Once set up, your service provider will route your phone numbers via the SIP Trunk into your dedicated Xima environment.
