How To: change an agent password in the Contact Center Agent Client (CCAC)

Purpose: demonstrate how to change an agent password in the Contact Center Agent Client (CCAC)

Steps

  1. Log in to the Contact Center Agent Client (CCAC). Your password by default is your extension.
  2. To change your password once you’ve logged in, click the three dots icon associated with your agent profile located in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
  3. A dropdown menu will appear. Click Agent Profile.
  4. A new window called “Agent Profile” will appear. Select "Reset Password"
  5. An email will be sent to the email address associated with your extension. Follow the email instructions to set your new password.
