How To: change an agent password in the Contact Center Agent Client (CCAC)

Purpose: demonstrate how to change an agent password in the Contact Center Agent Client (CCAC)
Steps
- Log in to the Contact Center Agent Client (CCAC). Your password by default is your extension.
- To change your password once you’ve logged in, click the three dots icon associated with your agent profile located in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
- A dropdown menu will appear. Click Agent Profile.
- A new window called “Agent Profile” will appear. Select "Reset Password"
- An email will be sent to the email address associated with your extension. Follow the email instructions to set your new password.
