How To: change an agent password in the Contact Center Agent Client (CCAC)

Purpose: demonstrate how to change an agent password in the Contact Center Agent Client (CCAC)
- Log in to the Contact Center Agent Client (CCAC). Your password by default is your extension.
- To change your password once you’ve logged in, click the three dots icon associated with your agent profile located in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
- A dropdown menu will appear. Click Change Password.
- A new window called “Change Password” will appear. Type in your current password and then enter your new password. Once you have confirmed your new password, click Change.
