How To: delete a user account

Purpose: To learn how to delete a user account

Steps

1. Open the Admin Portal to Xima CCaaS with the URL that has been provided (i.e., example.xima.cloud)
2. At the login screen, enter Username and Password and hit Login
3. Along the left-hand side in the navigation pane, select User Management > User Accounts
4. A new window called New User will appear
5. Click the dropdown menu on the first metric called “User,” and select which user account you would like to delete
6. Select Delete in the bottom left-hand corner, and then click Yes
