How to: Select a language pack

Purpose: demonstrate how to select a language pack


  1. When logged in to the admin UI of Xima CCaaS, go to Contact Center Configuration > Skill Management.
  2. Select the three dots icon above the skill in which you would like to adjust the language pack.
  3. To select a language pack, go to the Language Pack metric, which is about three lines down under Voice Settings.
  4. Select the desired language pack from the drop down list.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Save.
