Purpose: To demonstrate how to add a new skill
Steps
- Web to Xima CCaaS with the URL that has been provided (i.e., example.xima.cloud)
- At the login screen, enter Username and Password and hit Login
- Along the left-hand side in the navigation pane, select Contact Center Configuration > Skill Management
- A new window called "Skill Management" will appear. To build a new skill, click on the Add Skill button in the bottom left hand corner.
- In order to save this new skill, the bare minimum you need to do is enter in the skill name
- Once you’ve typed in the information to your liking, select OK to save it, and then click Save
