Purpose: To demonstrate how to add a new skill

Steps

  1. Web to Xima CCaaS with the URL that has been provided (i.e., example.xima.cloud)
  2. At the login screen, enter Username and Password and hit Login
  3. Along the left-hand side in the navigation pane, select Contact Center Configuration > Skill Management
  4. A new window called "Skill Management" will appear. To build a new skill, click on the Add Skill button in the bottom left hand corner.
  5. In order to save this new skill, the bare minimum you need to do is enter in the skill name
  6. Once you’ve typed in the information to your liking, select OK to save it, and then click Save
