Report Column Descriptions

External Number
This displays the external number (or external party). This is a number that has origins from outside of your phone system.

Total Calls
This column displays the total number of calls associated with the given external number.

Total Talking Duration
This column displays the total duration of all talking events associated with the given external number.

Avg Talking Duration
This column displays the average duration of all talking events associated with the given external number.

Total Call Duration
This column shows the total combined call duration (beginning to end) of all calls associated with the external number

Avg Call Duration
This column shows the average call duration (beginning to end) of all calls associated with the external number

Max Call Duration
This column shows the maximum (longest) call duration (beginning to end) of all calls associated with the external number
