Purpose: Demonstrate how to use the best practices for ACO handsets

Steps

  1. Log in to your instance of ACO
  2. Select Manage Users which is under the Users header
  3. Find your Xima CCaaS SIP extension and click on it
  4. Go to Call Handling
    1. Make sure that only the SIP extension is selected
      • This is done by making sure that the "Incoming Calls" dropdown option says "Ring all at once", not "Ring in order"
    2. Make sure that only your SIP extension has been toggled on to be active
      • Disable the "My desktop and mobile apps" phone option
    3. Click Save
  5. Go to Screening, Greeting & Hold Music
    1. Disable all music options which include:
      • User Greeting
      • Call Screening
      • Connecting Message
      • Audio While Connecting
      • Hold Music
    2. Click Save
