Purpose: Demonstrate how to use the best practices for ACO handsets
Steps
- Log in to your instance of ACO
 - Select Manage Users which is under the Users header
 - Find your Xima CCaaS SIP extension and click on it
 - Go to Call Handling
- Make sure that only the SIP extension is selected
- This is done by making sure that the "Incoming Calls" dropdown option says "Ring all at once", not "Ring in order"
 
 - Make sure that only your SIP extension has been toggled on to be active
- Disable the "My desktop and mobile apps" phone option
 
 - Click Save
 
 - Make sure that only the SIP extension is selected
 - Go to Screening, Greeting & Hold Music
- Disable all music options which include:
- User Greeting
 - Call Screening
 - Connecting Message
 - Audio While Connecting
 - Hold Music
 
 - Click Save
 
 - Disable all music options which include:
