Purpose: demonstrate how an agent can view a Wallboard during a call on Contact Center Agent Client (CCAC)

Steps

  1. Log in to the Contact Center Agent Client (CCAC).
  2. When you are on a call, you can click the three dots icon associated with your agent profile located in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
  3. A dropdown menu will appear. Click View Wallboard. This will show you your Wallboard.
  4. If you would like to go back to viewing the call, locate the Active Media section located on the left hand side of your screen and click on the call you are on.
