Syncing ensures consistency between UC user records and CCaaS, preventing configuration drift and reducing manual user management. Newly added or updated UC users become available for licensing and assignment within the contact center environment following a sync.

Accessing Sync UC Users

Sync UC Users is accessible to accounts with Admin permissions.

Navigate to User Management > Sync UC Users
The latest user and extension data from the UC platform will refresh on CCaaS
