Desktop App
Configures the 3CX Windows desktop app as a Contact Center agent's calling device.
The 3CX Windows desktop app is a native application that can be used in place of a desktop softphone or physical phone for a Contact Center agent's device.

An agent must be signed into the Contact Center Agent Client (CCAC) to see the call details; without CCAC open, the agent cannot answer the call from the desktop app.
