Messaging Settings surfaces the tenant's messaging configuration, its unique installation ID, and the code snippet used to embed Web Chat on an external website.

Accessing Messaging Settings

Navigate to Admin (System) > System Settings > Messaging
Each field is listed on the page, described below

Messaging Fields

Field	Description
Messaging Configuration	Opens the full messaging editor — appearance, logo, sounds, behavior, and routing rules. The current routing rule count is shown alongside the edit icon
Chat Installation Id	The unique identifier for this tenant's chat installation, used internally by the embed snippet
Chat Code Snippet	The embeddable `<script>` snippet for a web page to allow customers to chat with agents
