The Missed Call Summary report provides inbound call traffic statistics for a selected skill, with an emphasis on missed calls, broken down by the selected time interval. It is a Time row type Time-Based report. A missed call is one where the skill had a Ringing or Queue event but no Talking event.
Report Columns

Time Interval | The time interval being reported on. |
Calls Presented | The number of calls in which the skill had at least one Ringing or Queue event. |
Calls Answered | The number of calls that included at least one Talking event with the skill. |
Calls Missed | The number of calls that rang or queued to the skill but were never answered. |
Callbacks Scheduled | The number of calls that requested a scheduled callback during the time interval. |
Answered Calls Percent | The percent of presented calls that were answered. |
Missed Calls Percent | The percent of presented calls that were missed. |
Calls Missed Within 15 Sec | The number of missed calls that ended within 15 seconds of the initial Ringing event to the group. |
Calls Missed Within 30 Sec | The number of missed calls that ended within 30 seconds of the initial Ringing event to the group. |
Calls Missed Within 60 Sec | The number of missed calls that ended within 60 seconds of the initial Ringing event to the group. |
Calls Missed After 60 Sec | The number of missed calls that ended more than 60 seconds after the initial Ringing event to the group. |
Avg Missed Wait | The average duration a missed call rang to the skill before the caller hung up. |
Max Missed Wait | The longest duration a missed call rang to the skill before the caller hung up. |
