External Number Summary

Call totals and durations for each selected external number over the selected time frame.

The External Number Summary report shows call totals and durations for each selected external number over the selected time frame. It is an External Number row type Summary-style report. Leaving the external number filter blank includes every external number in the report.

Report Columns

ColumnDefinition
External NumberThe external (outside-the-phone-system) number being reported on.
Total CallsThe total number of calls associated with the external number.
Total Talking DurationThe total duration of all Talking events associated with the external number.
Avg Talking DurationThe average duration of all Talking events associated with the external number.
Total Call DurationThe total combined duration of all calls associated with the external number.
Avg Call DurationThe average duration of all calls associated with the external number.
Max Call DurationThe longest duration of any single call associated with the external number.
