Within the Xima CCaaS historical reports, there a few different types of reports to work with.
The Xima CCaaS Standard Reports give you access to over forty call reports for you to choose from as well as the intuitive Report Scheduler, which tells Xima CCaaS to run reports automatically every hour, day, week, or month and send them directly to the desired email address.
Reports can be viewed or saved in many standard formats:
- Adobe Reader (.pdf)
- Microsoft Excel (.xls/.csv)
- OpenOffice.org (.odt)
- IE / Firefox / Chrome / Opera / Safari (.html)
If you need to find unique report information that isn't covered by our Standard Reports, Custom Reports can give you the tools you need to sculpt reports to your liking. You can do this by either editing our existing reports, or creating your own reports.

Xima CCaaS' custom report creator walks you through the simple step-by-step process of creating useful reports. You choose your rows and columns as well as filters to help you pinpoint the information you need. Every aspect of the report's layout and function, including the report summaries you want to display, the order of columns, the sorting method used to organize rows, and the data used to create each graph is under your control.
The data that powers all Xima CCaaS' reports is provided by the Cradle to Grave system that monitors and stores any phone transaction that occurs inside your system.
