Every call for the selected time frame, sorted by Call ID, with parties, duration, and answer status.
The Call Details report lists every call for the selected time frame, sorted by Call ID, with the parties, initial skill, duration, answer status, and any attached account code. It is a Call row type Record-Level report.
Report Columns
| Column | Definition |

Call | The Call ID associated with the call, searchable in Cradle to Grave. |
Call Direction | The initial direction of the call — Inbound or Callback. |
Start Time | The date and time the call started. |
End Time | The date and time the call ended. |
External Number | The phone number of the external party on the call. |
Initial Agent | The name/extension of the first agent associated with an event in the call, if any. |
Total Talking Duration | The total duration of all Talking events on the call. |
Is Answered | Whether the call included a Talking event. |
Account Code | The account code attached to the call, if any. |
