A single display can to used to cycle through different views, metrics, teams, or departments without manual intervention.

They are ideal for control rooms, operations floors, or wall-mounted displays where screen space is limited but multiple data views are required throughout the day.

Viewing Loops

1. Log into Xima CCaaS with an account that have Supervisor or Admin permissions
2. Navigate to Realtime Displays > Loops
3. All loops created can be viewed and managed from this page

Creating a Loop

1. In the top left, click Create a Loop
2. Title the loop
3. Add one or more wallboard by clicking Add New Wallboard to Loop
   1. From the first dropdown, select a wallboard
   2. From the second dropdown, select between 1 minute or 30 seconds
   3. Wallboard order can be rearranged by dragging the row to the appropriate position
4. Click Apply to save the loop

Managing Loops

1. Click the three-dots on a loop to open the options menu
2. For each option:
   1. Edit will open the config menu for the loop
   2. Delete will delete the loop
   3. Open will open the loop as a display
   4. Generate External Link View will generate a URL link for the loop
