Voice Recording Playback

Retrieve call recordings produced by RC/ACO into CCaaS for playback in Cradle to Grave.

CCaaS does not generate call recordings — it pulls recordings produced by RC/ACO.

License Requirement

Automatic Call Recording on RC/ACO requires a Premium license or higher. Lower license tiers support On-Demand Call Recording only. CCaaS can pull either kind.


Enabling Recording in RC/ACO

Recording is turned on per extension from the Auto-Receptionist settings.

  1. Navigate to Phone System > Auto-Receptionist > General Settings > Call Recording
  2. Select Edit under Automatic Call Recording (Premium license or higher) or enable On-Demand Call Recording
  3. Under Users & Groups to Record, check the Inbound and/or Outbound boxes for each extension that should be recorded
  4. Select Save
