The Audit Events report lists changes made in CCaaS and who made them, filterable by Audit Event Type, User Account, and Access Level. It is an Audit Event row type Record-Level report.

Report Columns

Column	Definition
`Audit Event`	The unique Audit Event ID assigned to the event.
`Date/Time`	The date and time the event took place.
`Audit Event Type`	The category of the event, such as a setting change or a login attempt.
`User Account`	The user account logged in when the event was triggered.
`Access Level`	The access level — Administrator, Manager, or User — assigned to the user account.
`Action Description`	A description of the change made.
