Connection Resiliency Settings

Connection Resiliency Settings fine-tune how CCaaS selects a NetSapiens API server and detects failed or stuck calls; defaults are appropriate for most deployments.

These fields live in the same Netsapiens Platform Settings window as the core Target Platform connection fields, but control server selection and call-health detection rather than the API connection itself.

FieldDescription

Drop Delay in MillisecondsHow long a call is held before being dropped once it is determined to have failed.
Presence Check Interval in SecondsHow often CCaaS checks the NetSapiens platform for presence and registration status updates.
Stuck Calls Check Interval in SecondsHow often CCaaS scans for calls that appear active but are no longer progressing, so they can be cleared.
