Connection Resiliency Settings
Connection Resiliency Settings fine-tune how CCaaS selects a NetSapiens API server and detects failed or stuck calls; defaults are appropriate for most deployments.
These fields live in the same Netsapiens Platform Settings window as the core Target Platform connection fields, but control server selection and call-health detection rather than the API connection itself.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| SIP Transport Protocol | The transport protocol used to register with the NetSapiens platform — TCP, UDP, or TLS. |
| API Preferred Server | Designates a specific NetSapiens API server to be tried first, ahead of the servers listed in API Backup URLs. |
| Drop Delay in Milliseconds | How long a call is held before being dropped once it is determined to have failed. |
| Presence Check Interval in Seconds | How often CCaaS checks the NetSapiens platform for presence and registration status updates. |
| Stuck Calls Check Interval in Seconds | How often CCaaS scans for calls that appear active but are no longer progressing, so they can be cleared. |
Leave at Default Unless DirectedThese fields are pre-populated with defaults appropriate for most deployments. Xima Support can advise on adjusting them for a specific deployment's needs.
