Wallboards

Wallboards provide real-time configurable, live dashboards that display key contact center performance metrics in real-time.

Wallboards are used to monitor queue activity, agent availability, call volumes, wait times, service levels, and other operational KPIs in real time.

They can be customized per team, queue, or business function and are commonly displayed on shared monitors or TVs to promote situational awareness, accountability, and rapid response to changing call conditions.

Viewing Wallboards

  1. Log into Xima CCaaS with an account that have Supervisor or Admin permissions
  2. Navigate to Realtime Displays > Realtime Wallboards
  3. All wallboards created can be viewed and manage from this page

Managing a Wallboard

  1. Click the three-dots on a wallboard to open the options menu
  2. For each option:
    1. Open will allow for viewing the wallboard
    2. Edit will open the wallboard editor
    3. Delete will delete the wallboard, prompting to confirm deleting the wallboard
    4. Duplicate will duplicate the wallboard with all the elements
    5. Share will allow the wallboard to be viewable to selected Roles
    6. Export will export the wallboard as a JSON file as a download
      1. This file is used to import the wallboard when creating a new wallboard

Building a Wallboard

  1. Click New Wallboard
  2. Select a template or create a custom from scratch
    1. Select Custom for an empty canvas
    2. Select any of the standard Xima Wallboard templates
  3. A title will be required for a wallboard
  4. If needed, configure optional settings
    1. Background Color
    2. Background Image
    3. Margin
    4. Aspect Ratio
    5. Grid Color
    6. Grid Opacity
  5. Apply to start editing the wallboard
