The Email Detailed Report lists every email for the selected time frame, one row per email, showing who sent it, which agent handled it, and how it was resolved. It is an Email row type report, described in Email Report Definition, and carries the OmniChannel tag in My Reports.

Report Columns

Column	Definition
`Start Time`	The date and time the email started.
`Email From`	The sender address on the email.
`Agent`	The agent associated with the email.
`Account Code`	The account code applied to the email.
`Is Email Completed`	Whether the email was resolved by an agent selecting `Mark as Complete`. Shown as a check mark when true.
`Is Email Spam`	Whether the email was marked as spam by an agent. Shown as a check mark when true.
