The Account Code Summary by Agent report shows call and chat totals for each selected account code, broken into a separate sub-report per selected agent. It is an Account Code row type Summary-style report, grouped by agent.

Report Columns

Total CallsThe total number of calls, for the agent, associated with the account code.
Total ChatsThe total number of external chats, for the agent, associated with the account code.
Total Call DurationThe total combined duration of calls, for the agent, associated with the account code.
Avg Call DurationThe average duration of calls, for the agent, associated with the account code.
Total Talking DurationThe total combined duration of Talking events, for the agent, associated with the account code.
Avg Talking DurationThe average duration of Talking events, for the agent, associated with the account code.
Total Chat DurationThe total combined duration of external chats, for the agent, associated with the account code.
Avg Chat DurationThe average duration of external chats, for the agent, associated with the account code.
