Account Code Summary

Call and chat totals for each selected account code over the selected time frame.

The Account Code Summary report shows call and chat totals for each selected account code over the selected time frame. It is an Account Code row type Summary-style report.

Report Columns

Account CodeThe account code being reported on.
Call CountThe total number of calls associated with the account code.
Chat CountThe total number of external chats associated with the account code.
Total Call DurationThe total combined duration of all calls associated with the account code.
Total Talking DurationThe total combined duration of all Talking events associated with the account code.
Avg Talking DurationThe average duration of all Talking events associated with the account code.
Total Chat DurationThe total combined duration of all external chats associated with the account code.
Avg Chat DurationThe average duration of all external chats associated with the account code.
