Screen Pop Integration — Zoho

Configures a Screen Pop Profile that opens the Zoho CRM search page for a caller's number.

Opens Zoho CRM's global search page for the calling party's phone number when a call event occurs, using the Embeddable Link method of Screen Pop Integration.

Licensing Requirement

Desktop Agent or Contact Center Voice Agent licensing is required for any agent who should receive the Zoho screen pop.


Creating the Zoho Screen Pop Profile

  1. Navigate to API Enablement > Screen Pop Integration and create a new profile

  2. Name the profile (e.g., Zoho)

  3. Set Agent screens to pop to agents who need the Zoho screen pop

  4. Set Pop the screen when to Call is Presenting (rings the agent) or Call is Connected (agent has answered)

  5. Set Target URL to the Zoho global search page for the organization:

    https://crm.zoho.com/crm/<org_id>/GlobalSearch1.do

    Where to find the ord_id?

    The <org_id> is found in the URL after logging into Zoho CRM. For example, if the Zoho CRM URL is https://crm.zoho.com/crm/org710067148/tab/Home/begin, the Target URL is https://crm.zoho.com/crm/org710067148/GlobalSearch1.do.

  6. Set Target Window to External (New Window) for Desktop Agent, or Embedded (Agent Client) to pop within CC-Agent Client

  7. Configure two Parameters:
