Overview

The Launch Client section covers the applications used to interact with CCaaS outside the standard web interface — the browser-based Contact Center Agent Client and Desktop Client (Chronicall Desktop).

The Launch Client section covers the applications agents and administrators use to interact with the contact center outside of the administrative web interface. Each client serves a distinct purpose and audience — one for real-time agent interactions, and one for connecting into the CCaaS Admin Client.

The Contact Center Agent Client (CCAC) is the primary browser-based interface for contact center agents. It provides real-time queue visibility, availability management, and handles inbound and outbound voice and chat interactions.

Desktop Client (Chronicall Desktop) is the Java-based workstation application that connects an administrator into the CCaaS Admin Client — where Admin (System) and all other administrative configuration is found.
