Google Gmail

Google Gmail email accounts require IMAP enabled before authentication, with no additional administrator consent step currently documented.

No Secondary Approval Step

Unlike Microsoft Outlook, Google Workspace accounts do not currently have a documented administrator-consent step that interrupts authentication. A Google Workspace admin console policy could still restrict third-party app access at the organization level — if authentication fails to complete, check with the Google Workspace administrator before assuming the CCaaS-side steps are the issue.
