The Chat Volume report provides overall Web Chat traffic statistics for a selected skill, broken down by the selected time interval. It is a Time row type Time-Based report.

The chat columns show no data if the Web Chat Channel license has not been purchased.

Report Columns

Column	Definition
`Time Interval`	The time interval being reported on.
`Chat Count`	The total number of inbound chats associated with the skill during the time interval.
`Answered Chat Count`	The total number of inbound chats accepted by the skill during the time interval.
`Total Chat Duration`	The total combined duration of all chat events associated with the skill during the time interval.
`Avg Chat Duration`	The average duration of all chat events associated with the skill during the time interval.
`Max Chat Duration`	The longest duration of any single chat event associated with the skill during the time interval.
