Target Platform
Connects CCaaS to a 3CX platform by entering its SIP server details and manually loading its platform users.
3CX has no API for CCaaS to query automatically, so Target Platform configuration is entered directly: SIP server connection details are typed in by hand, and platform users are added one at a time or imported from a 3CX export. This must be completed before any SIP extensions can be registered — see SIP Extensions.
Accessing Target Platform
