Consolidated Login
Consolidated Login uses a single URL and set of credentials to route a user into the correct interface — Manager reporting, Agent Client, or Desktop Client — based on their account.
Consolidated Login removes the need to sign into separate locations for reporting, Agent Client, and Desktop Client. Every role uses the same CCaaS web portal URL, and the account's credentials determine which interface is reached.
Manager Login
- Navigate to the CCaaS web portal URL
- Enter the account credentials and select
Login
The manager lands on the web portal, where reports can be run, wallboards edited, and teams managed.
Agent Login
- Navigate to the CCaaS web portal URL
- Select the agent name and enter the password — by default, the agent's extension
- Select
Login
This signs the agent directly into Agent Client.
Supervisor-Agent Login
A supervisor who is also part of a skill group signs in differently, since the account cannot use just an extension and password. The system matches the email address used as the account's UC login against its CCaaS user account to identify the correct sign-in.
- Navigate to the CCaaS web portal URL
- Enter the extension and the password used for the CCaaS user account
- Select
Login
Matching Email Addresses RequiredThis login path depends on the email address associated with the UC login matching the CCaaS user account's email address. If they differ, the system cannot resolve the correct sign-in.
Once signed in, the supervisor can run reports and view Supervisor View. To also sign into Agent Client as an agent without re-entering credentials:
- Select the navigation icon in the left sidebar
- Select
Agent Client
Administrator Login
- Navigate to the CCaaS web portal URL
- Enter the account credentials and select
Login - Select the navigation icon in the left sidebar
- Select
Desktop Client
If Desktop Client is not yet installed, a Desktop Client Not Detected screen appears with download instructions — see Desktop Client Installation. If already installed, Desktop Client loads directly into the CCaaS Admin Client.
