Create a Skill

Creates one skill. Only skillName is required; everything else takes a product default. The new skill's id is in results[0].id.

All fields optional except skillName on a create. On PATCH only the fields present change, at every level of nesting; an explicit null clears an optional setting. Lists and maps are replaced whole.
