v5.65

Released 24 Sep 2026

Added

AI Voice Bot

Xima CCaaS introduces an AI Voice Bot, extending the existing AI agent platform to voice interactions.

Call Park is now available for sites using CallHub. Agents can park an active call to a designated Park Zone and have any assigned agent retrieve it from there. Call Park requires CallHub.

Public API — Skill Read Endpoints

New read endpoints have been added to the public API for retrieving skill data.

Auto QA — Starter Evaluation Template

A disabled "CX QA Campaign" evaluation template is now seeded onto QA-licensed sites, giving administrators a starting scorecard instead of building one from scratch.

Transfer Offer Notifications

Agents now receive a desktop notification for incoming transfer offers, so a minimized window no longer causes a missed offer.

Dial Plan Auto Digits

A new setting allows administrators to configure digits sent automatically on outbound WebRTC dials.

Improved

CallHub Migration

Continued reliability work on the CallHub migration: SIP routing headers are preserved for load-balanced sites after migrating, UC user lists no longer show on platforms with no CallHub equivalent, and active-call worker processes are now protected from being cycled out during normal system scaling.

Session Resilience

Agents who experience a temporary websocket disconnect now remain signed in and return to their previous ready or busy state, instead of being forced through a full re-login.

3CX SIP Presence

3CX tenants can now choose their subscribe event packages, with presence subscriptions running only while the agent is active on that deskphone for more reliable connected-number state.

Auto QA — Per-Participant Scoring

Auto QA now stores transcript metadata and sentiment scoring per participant on a call, allowing each agent or bot on a call to be graded separately.

Fixed

  • CallHub callers at the front of a staffed queue were sometimes never offered to a free agent.
  • Hold music went silent when a Call Link agent placed a call on hold and then started a consult.
  • A stale consult offer could be left on an agent after an assisted transfer to a skill completed.
  • A repeating queue announcement could lock a call out of routing entirely.
  • A Netsapiens webhook duplicate check could mistake a supervised transfer for a duplicate, dropping queue calls mid-conversation.
  • The skill digit actions screen showed the Queued Callback module labeled as IVR with a blank destination.
  • Netsapiens queued calls could get stuck when a transfer entered a skill.
  • Recording could end early when an agent conferenced a second party into a queue call on automatic-recording tenants.
  • Agents overflowing from an unanswered WebRTC blind transfer could ring until hangup instead of reaching the correct no-answer destination.
  • Web chat offers could be skipped instantly when a timed-out agent's late reply interfered with the next offer.
  • Additional bug fixes and stability improvements.

Hotfixes and version releases may take some time to roll out worldwide.
