  • SMS Support of ported RingCentral phone numbers

    • Xima can now offer SMS messaging for RingCentral customers
    • The inbound SMS number would either need to be a new number generated by Xima or permission given to split the SMS portion of an existing number to Xima's control.

  • Outbound Caller ID selection

  • For outbound calls, while using the Contact Center Agent Client embedded phone, you may now select which UC extension is used for the outbound call and therefore which caller ID the external party will see. Learn more here.

  • Manual deletion of recordings inside of Cradle to Grave

    • Managers and Admins may now delete recordings while in the Cradle to Grave UI

    • Simply select the delete icon while the recording media player is open.


Improved

  • Report loading status
    • Though there will still be multiple processes that need to execute (calculating, loading, etc), the report loader screen will now inform you which process is running instead of display a blank bar that needs to load to 100% more than once.


Changed

  • Custom Reports - Limiting reports to 30 columns
    • Column counts were unlimited before and it was possible to make reports that were too big to run.

  • WebRTC - Missing audio on some phone calls
  • WebRTC - Agents are not hearing the outbound ringing noise when placing outbound calls
  • [RingCentral] Agents unable to pick-up a parked call if placed there by a CC agent.
    • Requires Xima Support assistance to enable our toggle SIP_ASSISTED_TRANSFER_SWAP_ORDER which
  • Agent columns and the Skills row, inside of the Skill Levels management table, were not frozen and were pushed off screen when scrolling.
