Removed

  • The Skill Routing Identifier settings in the installed Java client
    • We're honoring existing settings but no longer allowing new skills to set a Skill Routing Identifier to signify that calls with that identifier should go to the new group(s)
    • Users should use the "Call Routing" option in the browser-based CCaaS to define call routes
    • Instructions can be found HERE

Added

  • Better integration support of Kazoo UC systems
  • Improved handling of RingCentral API delays and outages:
    • An informative banner will be added to Manager and Agent clients when Xima detects excessive delays in the API messaging from RingCentral
    • We've added a hangup button to the agent's CCAC screen even though they may be using a RingCentral provided hard or softphone. Pressing the hangup button in the Xima client will send a disconnect request to end the agent's call
    • More details about the banner, the hangup button, and the notice to answer a call with a digit press (as outlined in a previous release) can be found HERE
  • For RingCentral - Added code to use an improved extensions directory API to better account for agents who have been hidden from the RingCentral directory
