  • Skill Settings in HTML

    • No longer requires Admins to configure/edit skill groups in the installed admin desktop client

    • Admin desktop client will still be available as some complex controls have not been fully migrated to the HTML client.

    • Navigate to Contact Center > Manage Skills

    • You'll see the new experience pop-out from the left edge. You may edit or add new skills from here:
