Clusters now use region specific coturn servers and each region has multiple servers. This provides more stability for WebRTC users.
The primary pod had a significant resource optimization for larger customer sites
Note: this is currently behind a feature toggle
UX changes including
- Chat review in Cradle to Grave now includes chat bubble format to match the agent experience
- Adjusted agent selection menus to include a better view of the number of agents selected
