Answer and Reject from Windows Notifications

Though prior windows notifications alerted an agent of a media offer and allowed for quick access to bring CCAC to focus, it did not include buttons for "Answer" and "Reject", thus making it easier and quicker for an agent to take answer a customer.

Selecting either button will still bring the CCAC screen to focus but the action will already be triggered. Rejecting a call will place the agent in a missed call timeout or log them out of the skills depending on configuration

Contact Center Agent Client: Copy Media Details to Clip Tray

We've added a copy feature to the Contact Center Agent Client's media details pane.
Selecting the copy icon will add all items to the user's clip tray for easy transfer to a CRM or any other source
