    Also, free form account codes toggle is now available by default (no longer an advanced setting)

Fixed

  • Exported PDF Reports orientation.

    A bug was previously introduced forcing all exports to be portrait.

  • Chat logging issue which did not log a customer chat that never presented to an agent
