  • Auto QA: AI-Powered Quality Assurance Evaluations

    • Available with Elite Licenses

    • Phonebook for New SMS Messages

      • When an agent is starting a new outbound SMS message, they'll now see the phonebook (if configured) to select external contacts. This was already available for new phone calls but is not enabled for SMS too.


Changed

  • CCAC Skill Selection Behavior

    • Previously any skill toggled would take place immediately. This introduced a customer pain point where agents would get calls for the newly enabled skill immediately even though they haven't applied all changes yet.

    • We now have a "Save" button and now changes will be applied until saved. This way, the agent can toggle on/off all applicable skills and they'll be evoked simultaneously.
