• Support internal calls between WebRTC agents
  • Two agents who are utilizing the Xima provided embedded softphone can dial each other
  • When transferring a call to a second agent, they may perform an assisted transfer instead of blind transfers exclusively. Works with transfers to external number and other webrtc agents. This does not work for assisted transfer to other skills. Blind transfers to skills is still available.
