  • **Netsapiens / Xima UC **- Display Calling Party on Ringing UC Phone for Skill Calls

    • Prior to this update, if an agent is receiving a skill call on their UC phone (deskphone or UC softphone), they would see the call being offered from a virtual handset and would not see the calling party info.

    • We now embed the calling party info in the P-Asserted-Identity which allows the information to be forwarded during the CC assisted transfer.
