Purpose: how to refresh users and groups


Before following the step below, you must first add the user inside of the phone’s UC directory.

  1. When logged in to the admin UI of Xima CCaaS, go to User Management > Refresh Users and Groups

By clicking Users and Groups, we’ve reached out to the UC directory and updated Xima CCaaS to match all the users as we see them in the UC directory. You will now be able to add licenses to any new agents.
