Local Number Inbound Summary

The Local Number Inbound Summary report is a Summary report. This means that each local number selected will be displayed on its own individual line next to its specific statistics for the given report. Local Numbers can be main lines, agent direct lines, or any other number dialed by an external party to reach your phone system.

This report lists each of the local numbers that were dialed by external parties to reach your phone system, along with general information about each one.

Note: Entering no number criteria will match all local numbers.

Report Column Descriptions

Local Number
This column displays the selected local number. Local numbers can include main line numbers or direct agent numbers.


Total Calls
This column shows the total number of inbound calls that contained at least one event associated with the given Local Number.


Answered Calls
This column shows the number of inbound calls associated with the given local number that contains at least one talking event. These are calls that were handled by a live agent.


Missed Calls
This column shows the total number of calls where the associated skill was involved in a ringing or queue event for the Local Number, but not a talking event, meaning they missed the call.


Scheduled Callbacks
This column displays the total number of calls that selected to schedule a callback for the given Local Number


Total Call Duration
This column displays the total combined duration of all calls associated with the given Local Number from beginning to end.


Total Talking Duration
This column displays the total combined duration of all talking events with the given Local Number.


Avg Call Duration
This column displays the average duration of all calls associated with the given Local Number.


Avg Talking Duration
This column displays the average duration of all talking events with the given Local Number.


Total Queue Duration
This column displays the total combined duration that all calls associated with the given Local Number spent in queue.


Avg Queue Duration**

This column displays the average duration that all calls associated with the given Local Number spent in queue.


Answered Calls Percent
This column displays the total percent of calls answered for the given Local Number, meaning that the calls contained at least one talking event. This is calculated by dividing answered calls by presented calls, and is then displayed as a percent.
