# Skills — WebRTC Outbound DID

Assigns an outbound DID to a skill so its queue callback calls present that number as the caller ID instead of the account's default outbound number.

When a skill places an outbound queue callback (QCB) call, it can present a specific DID as the caller ID instead of the account's default outbound number. Building the outbound DID itself — registering an Outbound SIP Extension and assigning it an Outbound ID Label — is covered on [SIP Extensions](https://guide.xima.cloud/docs/admin-system-sip-extensions); this page covers assigning one of those labels to a skill for use on its callback calls.

# Callback Caller ID

`Callback Caller ID` is a field on the `Queue Callback` tab of a skill's settings that assigns an Outbound ID Label to that skill's callback calls.

1. Navigate to `Contact Center > Manage Skills`
2. Select the skill to configure, then select the `Queue Callback` tab
3. Select the desired label from the `Callback Caller ID` dropdown
4. Select `Save`

Once assigned, outbound queue callback calls placed by the skill use the selected label's associated DID as the caller ID, rather than the account's default outbound number.
