Purpose: To learn how to apply a CCaaS license to agents


After you have built the agent inside of the UCaaS platform and refreshed Users and Groups inside of Xima CCaaS, you will take the following steps.

  1. Log in to the Xima CCaaS Admin portal.
  2. Along the left-hand side in the navigation pane, select User Management > User Licenses
  3. A new window called “Edit Users” will appear. Here you will see a table chart with three columns.
    a. None: This column means that no licenses are applied to that agent
    b. CCaaS Voice: This column will give them the ability to join skill groups for voice calls
    c. CCaaS Chat: This column will give both voice and web chat abilities.
  4. Select the appropriate button and click Save when you are done
